We ship orders across Lebanon and can also arrange international shipping from Lebanon to selected destinations worldwide.

Lebanon Delivery (COD)

Order Cancellation and Failed Deliveries

Every order is carefully prepared and reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you place an order only if you intend to receive it.

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing it, provided your order has not yet been dispatched to the courier. To request a cancellation, please contact us at 81-610599.

Orders are subject to review and confirmation. Repeated order cancellations, refused deliveries, or failure to receive confirmed orders may affect your eligibility for future Cash on Delivery orders.

Delivery Time

Orders within Beirut usually arrive within 24 hours. Deliveries outside Beirut may take up to 72 hours.

Shipping Fees

A $4 delivery fee applies to orders across Lebanon. Orders within Lebanon are paid in cash upon delivery unless otherwise arranged.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share the relevant delivery details with you. Updates may be provided via WhatsApp or SMS.

International Shipping

CHARMPOP can arrange international shipping from Lebanon upon request.

International shipping rates and delivery arrangements vary depending on the destination, package size, and carrier options available from Lebanon at the time of shipment.

Once we receive your order or shipping request, our team will provide you with a shipping quotation based on the available delivery options.
