Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders across Lebanon. Below is everything you need to know about our delivery process, fees, and timing.

1. Delivery Time

Beirut orders usually arrive within 24 hours. Delivery outside Beirut can take up to 72 hours. If you need your order urgently, let us know and we'll do our best to arrange faster delivery when possible.

2. Shipping Fees

$4 for deliveries across Lebanon. Shipping fees are paid in cash upon delivery.

4. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, we'll update you with delivery details. Updates may be shared via WhatsApp or SMS.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order on the same day it was placed, as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

6. Failed Deliveries & Returns

If you refuse to accept the delivery or provide an incorrect address, the delivery fee will still apply.

If the item is returned but is undamaged, only the delivery charge will be deducted.

If the product is damaged and reported immediately while the delivery person is still present, the delivery fee will be waived.
